Project Objective:
To successfully integrate nVent UK and nVent Sweden units into nVent Schroff GmbH, ensuring continuity of customer service and operational processes during the spin-off, ensuring zero disruption for customers and internal teams.

Scope:
> Legal entity change and integration of nVent UK & Sweden into nVent Schroff GmbH.
>Reassignment of approximately 1,000 open orders to the new legal entity.
>Customer support during the transition of a portfolio comprising approximately 2,000 accounts.
>Updating supplier forms, bank account information, and internal records.
>Communication and coordination with customers, Customer Care, and Sales teams.



My Role & Responsibilities:
1. Led the end-to-end project, planning and executing the entire transition process.
2. Designed and executed a targeted communication strategy for ~1,000 customers, Customer Care, and Sales teams, maintaining transparency and engagement throughout the transition.
3. Oversaw operational changes, including order reassignment, supplier form processing, and financial account updates.
4. Led cross-functional collaboration across Customer Care, Sales, and Finance, proactively addressing challenges and sustaining service quality during a complex organizational transformation.
5. Delivered measurable outcomes: uninterrupted order fulfillment, high customer satisfaction, and a smooth operational transition despite significant structural and legal changes.
