Substantive preparation:

– business case preparation
– development of business specifics in PL (current state, customer segments and profiles, sales structure, competition, forecasts and challenges, CEO presentation)
– preparation of white papers & knowledge compendium on the market for modernization services in PL (construction sectors, structure, development, current state and potential)

Support for preparations, logistics and visit plan, organization of meetings with clients

Host & support for ~10 member group
– 15 job site meetings with customers
– substantive support during workshop activities
– preparation of additional materials on request
– translations

Voice of Customers
– collection and analysis of feedback obtained during customers visits (direct interviews, open questions) – total ~100 clients
– development and analysis of strengths and weaknesses seen from the customer’s perspective
– preparation of corrective actions and closed-loop improvements, follow-up
– development of a set of lessons learned & best practices for the sales and service department
